About Us
We are a business in its infancy – it is important that we are transparent about who we are and our journey that has created Arcadia. Our experience in the bed business has come from our success in retailing – a single store business. Whilst the usual route to growth would be to open more stores, we chose to increase our warehousing space to allow us to buy in quantity from source and therefore have a better control of our products, quality and price.
Over the years we have nurtured our relationship with chosen manufacturers: as a retailer feel we are sensitive to the needs and demands of the end user. This has helped us to perfect our products. Yes, we have endured some pain along the way but we have remained constant in our ambition to create a quality product.
Over this period we have formed a great relationship with our mattress manufacturer, and now we have products that we feel are exceptional value and quality. The emergence of social media reviews has many advantages but it has also increased pressure on retailers to provide a good buying experience together with an effective customer service. We have been instrumental in ensuring that our products meet the requirements for the British market not least of all the safety accreditation for the UK. All our mattresses have the accreditation for CertiPUR, OEKO-TEX and Satra with UKAS Certification.

Our pricelist provides varying levels of discount dependant on order volume - please contact us for pricelist.
Stock Level
We have over 1800 mattresses in stock for immediate delivery. We have deliberately chosen to only run 3 models in 5 different sizes so that we can be consistent with our deliveries.
Protection
Whilst we do not anticipate any quality issues, we will authorise Homeserve to inspect any manufacturing complaints with our products. However, if the complaint is unjustified we will invoice the Retailer for the cost of the inspection.
Service
Whilst we view our product as one of the best “value for money” around, we are not looking to saturate the market with them. We will be respectful of the location of our stockists and afford them the required protection from competition.
